Nedbank Unprofessional Service

Bad service I had a lengthy phone call with their customer service dept b they have promised to respond in 7 days till today nothing has happened I send emails no one bothers to respond instead I get automated responses Guys u need to improve your systems this is affecting customers honestly. The letter or confirmation I'm waiting for its quite important n nobody at Nedbank seems to care. This is so frustrating I even went to the beach at eastgate still they told me its admin dept who must assist. Very unprofessional y do an email platform n u don't assist or respond to queries efficiently This is so annoying honestly I'm not happy.
