Nedbank ...... unless bank

Worst bank ever, I have paid my loan off & send the proof of payment 25 Jan 2024 , I requested a paid up letter on the same email, On Monday the 29 Jan i get a call from Smith & Smith Attorneys requesting payment on the said loan, suddenly I'm handed over even though I have been making monthly payments. Send the proof of payment to the attorneys as well , according to them everything is in order, Call to get a paid up letter and spoke to an extremely rude lady stating 3 to 5 days , today is day 5 , I call for the letter only to be told it takes 7 days , seriously how longer to get a letter? The recipients todays says yes i can see who you spoke to , i don't know why she told you 3 days its not 3 days , my question is someone from your institution committed to 3 days , where can you just followup & get the letter to me. The staff are rude & lacking in training as no-one knows ho longer letters take. Please do something about your lousy service
