Nedbank ******** opening an account.

Late in 2018 I received an sms stating the deduction for my Ned bank account will be end of December. As I have no account with this bank I suspected it to be **********. I contacted the banking institution and gave them the details of the sms and it was confirmed the sms originate from Nedbank. Lodged a complaint and was given a reference ***. Matter was dealt with by one Sidelil Ngcobo who has done absolutely nothing. My problem is who give Nedbank the right to open an account on my behalf without me applying or authorizing it. Surely the FICA requirements have been contravened in that I never presented my ID and other supporting documents. I find Nedbank 's conduct highly irregular and an invasion of my privacy and rights.
