Nedbank ***** Unit

Nedbank ***** Unit, is very disappointing. My account was hacked on the 15 August 2025, and took my salary. I am not in the banking industry so I have no knowledge of how to navigate online banking ***** or understand how hackers operate. The Hackers had all my details, from ID to transactions that i did on my account. They hacked via my cell phone, claiming to be from Nedbank ***** unit. I immediately called Nedbank ***** Unit (GFCFS-189882) and reported the matter to the police. As an ordinary citizen, we entrust the banks with our livelihood. Surely they have insurance to cover hackers or the very least, have an IT department that out does hackers? I have called the ***** Unit to follow up, only to be told the matter will be escalated, with no reply. I have emailed & called Clientfeedback, once again receiving no joy. I have done nothing wrong, yet I am fighting for my own salary. I want my money back please!!
