Nedbank unhelpful

My mom just lost her card at a nedbank atm in Kuilsrivier. It's her Sassa card. Now the bank refuse to send someone to open the Atm to retrieve the card. It will take weeks at the Sassa office. This is my mom's only income and she needs to buy groceries.
