Nedbank unfriendly, unhelpfull only for the rich, when its the poor and middle person that keeps you afloat

I have had a Nedbank loan for years and years, I couldn't pay it anymore, and being the number of years that I have paid on it I requested NEDBANK'S help. I was immediately declined and treated like an imbecile. There is a time frame to paying off a loan, right through last year not earning a salary and my salary has been changed I still had to pay. I find this unbelievable unhelpful and I will never use this bank. The worst was the way I way aI was disgarded.
