Nedbank unfair

I am a client of Nedbank for years, went through difficult times in life and now my life has been better and paid off all my debts. Nedbank is holding my bond account, which also went u and down and manage now for three years to be stable. I had a personal loan that i defaulted and manage to settle the account and got paid off letter. I cant apply for anything inside Nedbank because of the default i had.

I am in the process to leave nedbank for another bank and was also adviced by a consultant when i was asking why i was listed within Nedbank. We have up and down of life and we make corrections and inprove our life. Hope Nedbank will understand one day. Yes i understand i was wrong i defailted.
