Nedbank Unfair

I was retrenched 7 months ago and have credit insurance on my credit card should I be retrenched. turns out they only pay out 6 months and by then you better have a job or they start harassing you for payment. I didn't get full time employment but started doing work from home for which i get paid in cash. I was called by Nedbank card division that I was in arrears and I that i need to pay 2 instalments and my credit would be restored or I would be blacklisted etc. I had enough money saved to pay the 2 instalments which I did and of course my credit was NOT restored.. I needed to send them 3 months payslips first. REALLY!!!. I explained I work from home for myself and receive cash some of which I do bank now and then as they can see. The cheek they had of not informing me fully the first time they called! I would have explained. Such bad service. I will be moving to another bank and letting all know to do the same.
