NEDBANK UNDUE DELAYS DUE TO INTERNAL MISCOMMUNICATIONS AND OVER ASSESSMENTS

My husband did an online loan application and was approved and agreement documents was send to him to sign along with a list of documents to deliver at nedbank. All the documents was signed and delivered immediately at the local Nedbank branch with the copy of the list of documents that was required. The payout of this agreement is yet to take place due to interception by sales support of a process that was 85% completed online causing undue delays because of bad communication about the status of the application and the documents required, couple this with staff that live on africa time when submitting documetation and following up and you have recipe for disaster and severe delays, plus they do not return emails when you query what the status is of the payout, further to this it would seem that a number of banks ignore the provisions of section 23A of the National Credit Amendment act of 2014 passed in 2015 and the court ruling on proof of income in 2018, doing their own thing and thinking they are above the law. It is time that more people report banks that force them to supply more than what is required in this act and court ruling and that deny them the credit rights under these acts which should by right result in speedy resolutions and is not doing so! The worst about Nedbank is that this has happened twice to my husband now first time the repayment date started BEFORE THE ACTUAL PAYOUT TOOK PLACE! This is running the same course again..... is this a tactic possibly to get paid before paying out? BE WARNED!
