Nedbank uncleared effects **** up
Money was deposited into my bank account and I have not had access to it and the worst pat is that they cannot figure out what the actual issue is!!!!!!!!!!! No one has been able to tell me when I have access to my money just that there's an error they are trying to resolve. I was told 7 days ago I would receive my money and today is the 8th day and the funds are still not reflecting on my account

16 Sept 2023, 10:08It’s 9 days now and the person handling my complaint also doesn’t seem to not know what she is doing as she is updating me with incorrect dates. It’s been 8 days from my first payments that I received and 5 business days for the second amount. It’s already past the initial 7 days they’ve said the money will reflect by this is still not happening. To top it off now, she said she will will give me a call yesterday again which did not happen.
