Nedbank uncleared authorisations.

Poor service. My money on my cheque account is not available due to uncleared auths on my account. According to feedback I am not the only customer that is impacted. That is not a valid excuse ad I am a pensioner and need every cent available to me. It did not help to email the customer care department as the problem is still an issue. No positive feedback was provided.
