Nedbank unbelievable

I am so upset with services from Nedbank that I would never refere anybody to join this bank. The ******** in South africa can load debit orders to your bank account as they please and after many chats with Nedbank online I was told by a consultant of the bank to close my account and open a new account. This is so dissapointing from my bank I would rather close my account and go to the next bank.
