Nedbank unaware of their own interest rates as published on their website

Good Day, Nedbank, on their website, published revised interest rates for fixed deposit savings as from 18 May 2021. However, Nedbank is totally unaware of this and provided much lower and very different rates when contacted on 31 May 2021. Nedbank promised to took into this and to return my call, but the call never came.
