Nedbank unauthorized payment

I have a dispute about them just taking my monthly for a loan I had with them since 2012,they never sent me any notifications or a judgment I never authorized for them to take the loan in a lump sum leaving me in financial distress because I couldn't pay my rent and the rest of my bills and petrol money to go to work,am so depressed and devastated
