Nedbank unauthorized mouth taken out account

I would like to lodge a formal complaint again Nedbank person loans and then deduction crazy amount. When discovered this am I immediately got on a call and told the story and the amount that had been deducted was a crazy month and with a payment arrangement now in place, I am due a refund. I had to send document thought to the department which I did this morning. ovely lady named Simoné assessed nd sent me the email I immediately send what they request in order for the refund minus the installment to be done. She told me they working tom it's sat but Sunday they not, but the days given I can't offered to wait the said 3 to 5 working days.

They have many refunds to process, that isn't really my problem. I have bills to pay and fail that can lead into alot more turmoil then it is, homeless, careless. You guys don't know what ppll deal with dailty. I don't knw what to do. I have trust that the document will be uploaded by morning but I really can not wait that amount of days. Noone seems to understand there is rent to pay, there ore things to pay and to remove most of it, surely as quick as it was done in error or not they can refund as soon as docs needed received I and many others have been working, that can't be the common excuse. Please Nedbank help me it's more urgent then you know. I need this escated and fast please..
