Nedbank unauthorized deductions from account

<p>I have been calling nedbank personal loans the past month for unauthorised deductions from my account, I have not given them concent to deduct any funds from my account as I have a debt review company who does that for me yet they refuse to refund the unauthorized deductions, I feel like this is theft since when does other people decide that you as a person has no say to what legally belongs to you. It's like going to a shop and taking what you want without paying</p>
