Nedbank unauthorized debit

Unauthorized debit order on my account. Every month their are people taking 45 rand that I must always go to the bank to reverse not that thing is putting my account on the negative balance now the bank is charging me 150 for unpaid debit for something that I did flag as unauthorized debit and reverse it on the app as unauthorized debit. I feel the bank is not doing much to help the situation. If they can't help I'm closing this account once and for all.
