Nedbank unauthorised debit orders

Nedbank has debited my account with a R185 maintenance fee, my account is not a cheque account and should not be debited with such. This is not the first time this has occurred in the space of a year. I logged a call for correction and I was given a reference number Complaint CCM : ***2. I spoke to a consultant and they admitted to the error and promised to sort out the issue in a few days and my case was closed. It has been 3 days and no correction, why close a case if the issue is still outstanding? Do i need to worry about another unauthorised debit for the month of August?? Agh!!!
