NEDBANK UNAHTORISED TRASACTIONS

I am under administration. So every month I pay my court order as issued. I had a Nedbank credit card in this court order. Although my curator pay's Nedbank every 3 months as per law, their card legal department just debit my account as it pleases then with the excuse that the did not receive payment. My curator send them the proof of payment but they refuse to refund the money that they unauthorised debit my account with. Since it is a court order, it is ******* to debit a person under administration's account. I did not authorised this and neither did the court. they can close my account. I am not interest in banking with them anymore. I am just glad I haven't changed my salary to be paid into this account yet.
