Nedbank UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I decided to move all my accounts and insurance to nedbank I am very disappointed you spend hours and hours on the line with the call center promises to resolve problems are made and you are assured someone will contact you in the same day with answers

Well this is not the fact at all

No one gets back to you your problems are not resolved

Then you start sending emails and get automated responses but still no contact other then the automated response Still no problems are resolved
