Nedbank unable to resolve home loan zero available balance

Nedbank has not been able to resolve my zero available balance on my access bond for the past 3 months now. I've spoken to over 20 Nedbank representatives over these three months and nobody can get it resolved. I've even visited the Nedbank branch at head office in Sandton, and they cannot resolve either. There's no point in having an Access bond/ Revolving homeloan if you cannot access the funds.
