Nedbank - unable to reach Legal for Credit Card and Personal Loans

I owe Nedbank Personal Loans and Nedbank Credit Card money and have sent several emails and made several calls to their legal teams at both department. They keep you on hold for ever and often decide to just state that the line is closed due to high volumes. Must I beg to make arrangements to pay back this money I owe.
