Nedbank Unable to Give Me Proof of Payment for 9 days

I made an instant payment using Nedbank App to National Credit Regulator on the 3rd of July 2023 from my business account to keep me in good standing with NCR. I could not generate the proof of payment on the app as usual. i contacted Nedbank daily from the 4th until today the 11 July 2023. They are unable to help me. I had no idea how useless NEDBANK is. VERY USELESS
