nedbank unable to get communicate

im trying to get ahold of nedbank collections for the past month with out any success. apprently my account was handed over to a collections company called bankcol. i have been given the following contact numbers but been on hold for an hour *** and *** i tried calling nedback retail recoveries on *** they refuse to help as the account is no longer with them and please bare in mind this load is backwards because of nedbank refusing to link my debit with my new bank as i no longer bank with them i hope someone from the bank reads this and call me
