NedBank unable to excecute my father's will.

Hi. Please help i am not happy with the service am getting from nedbank. My late father left a will and Nedbank is the executor,now it's almost 2years with no progress from them.I cannot go to my father's estate since the funeral last October am currently staying with my aunt
