Nedbank Unable to close Account

Following my recent unprofessional behavior about my/former banker Bianca Groenewald. I decided to close my bank account. I phoned the private bank section and indicated that I want to close my account and would appreciate if they could handle the matter as Bianca is unresponsive to my instructions. I send a mail to private client and to Bianca as well instructing them to close it. Yesterday I get a mail from Nedbank telling me only Bianca can close my account and yet I indicated that I don't want to deal with her. @Nedbank your representative is not forthcoming and I don't want to deal with her, just close the damn account please.
