Nedbank *****ulent Loan

A *****ulent loan was made on my name, funds deposited on my account fortunately i acted quickly and transferred the money to my pocket account, then immediately a sim swap was conducted *****ulently which resulted to my phone losing service, had no access to the app. Reported the matter of which i was told the money probably came from a loan application. I've been receiving messages that i need to pay installments of a loan i never made, money i did not even use. My account is blocked pending investigation, its week 10 now still no feedback, only told that the matter has been escalated. I don't have access to my own funds, struggling while i have money on my account. All im asking is for Nedbank to take their money as it is still sitting on my account, release my funds, clear my name and rectify my credit record as I'm now reflecting as a bad payer.
