Nedbank *****ulent

I am with Nedbank. I went to a Standard Bank ATM close to my house to withdraw money sent to me. It only gave a R210 instead of the full amount. I went to the garage manager and she said it has happened before. I then went to my Nedbank branch in Glen Marais and was told to phone a complaint through. I did this last year on the 12th. Know, Nedbank tells me some ******* and that my case is declined.

I want my money back. I will lay a case of ***** against Nedbank if I have to.

They haven't helped me at all.
