Nedbank turn their backs on 17years plus client

What a disappointment after banking 17 years with Nedbank they have cancelled my personal Amex Platinum and Nedbank Creditcard even though all payments are up to date.This seems to have happened at the same time as we have elected to no longer bank with them in my business accounts.When asking them who mandated them to cancel the accounts the bank credit manager Hannari Botha said that this was done in error which i don't believe.Even though they admitted this error the status of the cards have not been reinstated. Please people reconsider if you banking with Nedbank.
