Nedbank Tshwane branch

Nedbank you need to do something about service at the tshwane branch, replace the manager or the staff, cause there is no way we will assisted by people who drag their feet the way those people do. Have been in so many brnaces and have never spend more than 45 min, today only for card collection ,I spend over 1 hour? No please take peope serious
