Nedbank *****tsers

Nedbank de*****ed my father of more than R3000.00 claiming that was making multiple request for bank statements at an ATM, and have since been giving him the run-around with refunding his money. This shows that Nedbank does not care for their customers and further takes advantage of pensioners due to their advanced age. How are bank employees allowed to exploit people this much, we have reference numbers that were given to us but still no help or solution to this predicament from nedbank and its people. They must be shamed.
