Nedbank trying to ***** my money and won't unblock account

THIS IS THE WORSE BANK EVER!!

This fools blocked my account because my mom send me money ? how could you block my own account because my own mother send me money this doesn't make sense then I spoke to them on the phone they said they unblocking it, the system automatically cause a hold on it because we send money out, then it never got unblocked and I called again and now they spinning the whole story saying I must wait till the investigation is over, BUT WHAT INVESTIGATION how can you investigate something that we are aware of?????? My mother send the money to me we are aware of it , there is no investigation, it looks like they trying to ***** my money
