Nedbank Trusts and Wills Department cannot be trusted

I will never ever use Nedbank Trust and Wills department as after 6 years waiting, they have still not resolved my fathers estate. It is utterly disgusting. Even their head of department Mr Mcphereson cannot get his team to get the results needed in winding up my late fathers estate.
