Nedbank Trust/Estate handling.........really????

Absolutely pathetic service from Nedbank Trust/Estate management! My Dad died in 2013 and Estate was executed by Nedbank. Last year, it came to light that my Dad had shares that were not included in the Estate and still accruing interest! I have been in touch with the appropriate Department but, after the initial response from the Department Head, referring me to their appropriate staff member, I have had, NO response, despite monthly e-mails BEGGING for some information on this matter! I was told initially that the file on my Dad's Estate would need to be requested and re-opened to deal with this Sundry matter. I get it, Covid, BUT, no response after 7 months of asking???? Inexcusable I am afraid! Really Nedbank?? You clearly were paid years ago to execute the estate in the first place......
