NEDBANK TRUST USELESS DIVISION

Tomorrow is 3 years since my husband passed away and I undoubtably advise people NOT TO APPOINT NEDBANK to do your estate. Useless is a pretty word to describe them. After numerous follow up requests to get feedback from Nedbank, they either blatantly ignored my requests or blame shift it on SARS. Out of pure frustration I have escalated this matter to my attorney Jan L Jordaan in Benoni, who have gladly assisted me in Nedbank’s absence and today I received the DEC letter from SARS, which Nedbank could not achieve since 19 April 2023. It is without a doubt that Nedbank never followed up with SARS, thus deliberately delaying this estate . I have never dealt with such *********** and arrogant staff within a professional institute. They are not only clueless they are worthless. Once the estate is settled, I am closing all my accounts with them. I think they need to close that pathetic division as they give NO SERVICE to their clients.
