Nedbank Trust - *********** and unreliable!

My trust money was supposed to be paid in on the 20th. It was never paid. After numerous phone calls and emails to Nedbank trust I was told that the money is with a different investment company and something must have slipped through the cracks. Firstly, I was never notified of that, and that still does not explain why I was not paid my monthly amount. Then I was promised it will be sorted out in a day. Well it is now 5 days and still no money. Tomorrow SA is basically coming to stand still and I still have no money. And I can't get hold of anyone because they are all working from home. This is not the first time this has happened and it will probably not be last. I will be taking steps to dissolve the trust and move the money to a different bank. I will warn anyone and everyone to stay as far away from Nedbank Trust as possible!
