Nedbank Trust ***********

Concur with Tebogo from 15 December. An undertaking to make contact is of little worth. My late wife passed away in March 2016 too. I am sole beneficiary, married COP and no contestants to the will. Our joint bank account was blocked but not closed until recently I notified Nedbank that for 30 months I have paid bank charges. They want to charge full transfer fees to transfer a property registered in only my name into my name. Only an endor*****t is required. They asked me to sign for a copy of the title deeds, stating under oath that I do not know where it is. I do know that it is with the original bond holder for the past 43 years. They have lost the Title Deeds I submitted in the presence of my daughter for a jointly owned property, and now want duplicates. There is seldom any communication or notifying me of any options I may have. No explanation of the process either. They certainly leave much to be desired.

This response is exactly what I expected, like the automatic "Out of Office" reply when I mailed Nedbank staff member this morning. Hello Peter should not accept these automated responses from a machine as a valid response.
