NEDBANK TRUST - CONFLICT OF INTEREST

<p>My late husband's Trust is now being monitored by two Trustees; one a Nedbank employee in Cape Town and the other co-Trustee, my brother in law; who is also a BENEFICIARY. I am the main Beneficiary and when I die my brother in law inherits 50% of the Trust. I wrote to Vernon Scheepers and received a reference number and no further assistance. I then phoned the complaints number and was referred back to the Nedbank employee and the Manger in Cape Town. The Nedbank Trustee sent me beneficiary forms to fill in requiring all my Banking details, expenses, copy of I D, Bank statement so that she and my brother in law can decide if I am to receive further assistance. I am NOT prepared to have all my personal details shared with my brother in law who is NOT an employee at Nedbank. Nedbank should appoint three or more Trustees to this Trust. I purchased a new car battery and the Trust refused to refund me. I am a Pensioner and rely on the Trust for assistance. They should read the contents of my late husband's Will.</p>
