Nedbank treats different people differently

Before entering the Reds Mall branch I saw a que of 2 ladies sitting outside of the bank. I asked and they said it is the que. I sit in que. First Lady gets called in. We wait. A male straight walk in and gets serviced by the "client liason" officer. I object and ask what happend to civility. The "client liason" gave 3 different excuses each time I queried the next excuse. I can not believe what happened. I ask what happened to civility and waiting your turn and if you are a male you can just walk passed and get served before others. Why is that? Why can't Nedbank treat everyone fairly? This is outrageous. Go and see the reviews of this branch in Google and you will see that Nedbank suffers a massive reputation hit from this branch. I'm getting my new cards today and will be moving away from Nedbank. This cannot be acceptable to any decent Respectable manager.
