Nedbank Travels......watch out for the tick box excuse

refer my review of 30 july 2018......showing a response received......wonder whom they contacted. wasn't me for sure. cannot get hold of a manager. cannot get assisted via nedbank call centre......friendly lindiwe assisted and the cut me off.....without returning my call. i have been a nedbank client for nearly 30 yrs. this is really leaving a bad bad bad taste in my mouth.
