Nedbank Transfers not reflecting

disgusted with nedbank cavendish at this moment in time. my husband went into bank to transfer funds to another institution. He has been to and fro between banks as the funds never reflected on transaction done 6th july 2020. Nobody can identify where the funds has gone. we were advised to recall the funds at our cost. as we urgently need for the funds to reflect in 3rd party account we recalled the transaction but has received no feedback whatsoever and this is a week later.

this is pathetic service! no sense of urgency where people money is concerned. Makes me wonder....
