Nedbank transfer nightmare

I closed my account with Nedban on the 10th September i was told that funds will be transferred into my capitec account within 48,its Monday today the 14th of September i didn't go to work coz im still waiting for nedbank to transfer my money into my capitec account, no petrol money, no food and no nedbank card to even withdraw my own money, life in south african
