Nedbank Trade Route Mall - Pathetic Service

I have been banking with Nedbank for 28 years now .I went to Nedbank Signet Terrace to collect my ATM card ,waited 20 mins only to be told it is at the Trade Route Mall.Upon arrival at Trade Route Mall ,received a Ticket number E029 at 11:58 ,waiting there sn hour ,reported the matter to there call centre complaints spoke to Tumi and still awaiting a reference number and he asked me if the branch is short staff.Had a chat to the manager there,extremely unhelpfully and there were so many other people waiting for like an hour only to be helped.Nedbank had dropped their standards ,unfriendly, pathetic service ,dont care attitude.Sad but true. I walked out so frustrated without getting my card.I opened my Business Account with FNB and my card gets delivered to me at home with mo charge. Thumbs up to FNB
