Nedbank torn money from atm

I am so disappointed the way Nedbank Botshabelo staff treated me. I traveled very far to return torn note from Nedbank Atm but they told me that there is no way I can get torn note ftom atm, and I'm lying. They told me to show them slip, I told them I don't take slips at the atm, there is only notification on my phone, even the branch manager couldn't help me, she just told me to to reserve bank to exchange it. It's frustrating because I really got it from atm. I am stuck with the note I can't use anywhere from Nedbank. One thing I noticed is Nedbank dont value their customers. I have more than 10 years using Nedbank and being a loyal client but now Im so disappointed.
