NEDBANK TOOK R180 FROM MY ACCOUNT

A year ago a got a call from nedbank to change my account to a cheaper account. I did but these month nedbank deducted R180 from my account for maintenance apparently its an expensive account. This is just the worst bank ever, i don't why they exist
