Nedbank Took My UIF

I Have A P Loan With Nedbank, Debited every month on the 25th... Since loosing my job last year iv been struggling to find work and trying to live of UIF... I explained this to nedbank and agreed on a minimum of 200 a month cos I can't afford my installment... So last month they didn't get the 200 cos my uif was late and I explained this to them and they kept asking for a date which I could not provide as My UIF doesn't come in on the same days every month... My uif came an amount of R3500.. Nedbank debited the R200 and aslo the installment of R2135 ... Which I cannot afford to lose.. Literally have nothing left in my account after waiting so long for my uif, I have no money to pay bills buy food or anything for that matter and Nedbank refuses to give me my money back even tho I'm supossed to give them what I can afford they still take it all and leave me with nothing.. Now my other commitments fall behind and I have no way forward... I understand I have a loan but I am not working and I'm trying to give what I can but it doesn't help... What's the point of taking everything from me when you know I'm unemployed and currently suffering.. It's not fair that I'm with a bank that doesn't understand and just take money from my account... So stressed and dissapointed right now. Nedbank isn't helping anyone just hurting the poor
