Nedbank took my money and wont give it back

<p>Terrible Service. Charged almost R500 on my account - for a credit card (fees) that was closed in 2012!!! No one listens - they just ready the script and don't look for solutions!! - Keep your Card - Leaving for a proper bank.</p>
