Nedbank took my kindness as a weakness. I'm not happy with their services

Before I went abroad I asked Nedbank to activate my card for overseas use. They recommended me to get travel card which I didn't know anything about, trusting them idid. When I arrived abroad the card doesn't work and I transferred cash to use still it didn't work until I came back to SA. I went to the branch to get my money deposit back my debit card ,they say they can't locate it and will fix it I must go and they will call which they never did. After a day I went back and they said they located my cash they will try to deposit back... I must leave they'll call me again. They called after the third day saying the money will reflect on my card and no money was deposited till now and this is the sixth day. I'm so sick I can't even go to the doctor bcos I don't have cash.
