Nedbank took money out of my account with no explanation

Good day My account was debited by Apple for a subscription I did not make on the 1 January 2021 and it showed a munis on my account. I called the ***** department at Nedbank and they said they will investigate and I never heard back from them. I then emailed the Apple company myself who told me it was not my fault and they will give it back, this amount was put back into my account on the 4 January 2021.

On the 11th oh January 2021 I see Nedbank Fuad took the amount is R529,99 and and extra R90 honoring fee and when I called they said the amount of R529,99 was never taken out so Nedbank ***** took the money for them.

I can understand if the money was not take on the 1st of the money then we don’t have an issue but I’m still sitting short on my bank balance.

This looks like ***** on the Nedbank side. Cause I’m still short. The R529,99 and when looking back on my records. The amount that was taken off disappeared.

I would like someone to call me back on a clear line to explain why this happened in a calm voice and I need my money back.

The ***** department is suppose to stop people and from taking money that is not theirs but Nedbank did the same thing with out any explanation. Not cool at all Thank you
