Nedbank took money off my investment as requested, but have not released it into my account a week later!

I am now BEYOND FURIOUS that I am still waiting for my money that Nedbank took off my investment on 31 December 2024 but have not yet on 6 January 2025 paid into my current account. That is a whole WEEK. I know the interest lost is minimal, but its the principle that you for the umpteenth time are COSTING ME MONEY!!!!!! 1. I was inconvenienced because I had to cancel plans for Friday due to your incompetence;2. I was overdrawn because you did not pay the money into my account;3. You had the cheek to send me an SMS telling me to deposit funds because I was overdrawn due to your incompetence, and then charge me R10,00 for the SMS!4. This overdrawn situation caused by you is a bad reflection on my credit rating;5. Donald yet again failed to respond to my emails, so I presume he was yet again away and did not have an out of office message on giving me an alternative contact and when I tried to email Lizzie with whom I previously dealt while Donald was away, she appears to no longer work for you, You have made it extremely difficult to make contact with anyone via email, and I prefer to use email so that I have proof of exactly what has transpired.
